Bose QuietComfort 15 Review – Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones

Bose QuietComfort 15 review

For anyone that is looking for the best noise cancelling headphones on the market, check out the Bose QuietComfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones as they are absolutely amazing. I was on a flight yesterday and the woman sitting next to me had a pair of them sitting in her lap. There was a baby screaming due to the pressure changes in her ears and it was giving me a really bad migraine.

She let me borrow them until the plane stabilized and I fell in love with them. I could not hear anything aside from my own breathing and they were incredibly comfortable on my ears. I was able to get up to cruising altitude without a problem and that was long enough for my medication to kick in.

I never have found a pair of headphones that really do stop the sound of outside noises before, so this was an entirely new experience for me. An experience that I will most definitely be trying to repeat in all of my future flights with small children on board the plane.

After we got up in the air to where I could take them off, I started asking her more about the headphones. This lady told me these were by far the best noise cancelling headphones she has ever found, but there was so much more to the headphones that she did not know where to start.

She informed me about the built in mic that comes with the headphones and that had me wondering about whether or not I could use this type of headphones for the internet-based calls I make back to my family when I am away on business.

She told me that not only could I make those types of calls, but I could also set these headphones up to work directly with my iPhone. It is meant to work with the iPhone and the iPad directly and allows the users to even control the volume and other operations directly from the headset.

Needless to say, I am going to be buying myself a pair of these headphones before I have to go on any more long business trips. This woman told me so much about the headphones that I feel like they are familiar to me. I know they are a little bit more on the expensive side at about $300 each, but I also know that the Bose name stands for a quality I will not have to replace any time soon.

Considering how rough some airports are on luggage, I am glad to have a durable brand name attached with these headphones and the warranty just makes me even more sure of buying this brand. I am really looking forward to seeing what else these headphones can do when I order mine.

I will be very happy to be using them on a regular basis as I fly almost every single week, and there is so much to be said for a good set of headphones to keep the noises of an airport and other passengers at bay. Who knows, maybe next time I will be the one ranting and raving about the best noise cancelling headphones that anyone could ever buy instead of this woman.
